Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy on all physical products, which means you have 14 days to request a refund after receiving your item(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON TRANSFERS. 

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them in order to receive a full refund. 

To request a refund, please email SouthernSevenCompany@gmail.com requesting a refund or exchange and explain why and a return shipping label will be mailed to you. 

Once your package has been received and inspected by Southern Seven, a refund will be sent.
